Bilbo Baggins In The Return of the King:
Sometime shortly after the fourth anniversary of the Witchking wounding Frodo at Weathertop, Gandalf brings Bilbo back to The Shire. They pick up Frodo. Bilbo asks Frodo if he can see his old Ring, but Frodo tells him that he lost it. They arrive at the Grey Havens where he, Frodo and Gandalf set sail into the West with the other Ringbearers.
